Joel Lehman, Band Leader | Trumpet | Vocals

Business leader by day, Joel has played all over Milwaukee since moving to town in 2018. His voice and collection of unique Monette trumpets bring new life to the standards, and his storytelling carries the audience along for the ride. Playing at venues ranging from Jazz in the Park, Blu at the Pfister, Hotel St Kate's, Bar Centro, Riverwest Pizza, Lupi and Iris, Ally's Bistro, The Jazz Estate, SIP MKE, Transfer Pizzeria and numerous corporate events, private celebrations and senior centers, Joel touches a wide variety of audiences, styles and events.

Joel performs regularly in Milwaukee, Chicago and Minneapolis, where he plays clubs, jam sessions, senior centers and weddings with groups sized to the event. His unique sound and his captivating storytelling ensure that audiences stay engaged. Joel performs exclusively on Monette instruments and is a Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI) nominee for outstanding instrumentalist.

My professional music story began, and continues with music for seniors at the heart. From big bands to duets, we love to bring joy to those that built what we enjoy in our communities. It is an honor and a privilege for us. We play just the right selections for just the right time, in just the right way, and our stories bring back joyful memories of nights on the town, or songs enjoyed with friends and families through the generations.

Our specialties include:

- monthly birthday celebrations

- "happy noonyear", "winter blues", "spring fling", "summer twilight" and other seasonal events

- valentine's day, mother's day, father's day, veterans' day, memorial day, or christmas holiday celebrations

We are approved entertainers in most major senior center groups, including Covenant Living, Capri Communities, Presbyterian Homes, Lifespace Communities and numerous independent locations, all over Milwaukee, Chicago and Minneapolis
